Peeko Oysters Tasting, Talk & Tour

Take a 90-minute behind-the-scenes tour at Peeko Oysters and see how a North Fork oyster farm works. You'll walk through the processing area, learn how oysters are grown and how they help the bay's ecosystem, then taste a few and try a shucking lesson. This is a great choice for older kids interested in marine life, food, or learning about local production.

Every Saturday through December, from 2:00 to 3:30 pm. Peeko Oysters, 900 First Street, New Suffolk. The 90-minute tour includes a walk through the working farm, a shucking lesson, and unlimited oyster tasting. Tickets are $125 per person, and booking ahead is required.
