Submitter contact information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to review the submission, communicate with the submitter and/or the relevant program provider, and complete any related follow-up, after which it will be deleted, anonymized, or retained only as otherwise required or permitted by law.

3. WHAT LEGAL BASES DO WE RELY ON TO PROCESS YOUR INFORMATION?

Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems and mobile applications include a Do-Not-Track ("DNT") feature or setting you can activate to signal your privacy preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected. We do not currently respond to DNT browser signals in a uniform way because no uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing them has been finalized. However, we may permit third parties such as analytics providers, affiliate partners, advertising partners, embedded content providers, or similar service providers to collect technical or usage information through our Services, and those third parties may have their own privacy practices.
