Quogue Wildlife Refuge in Quogue offers an immersive three-day nature program for children ages 4 to 6. Sessions run Tuesday to Thursday and include activities about forest and pond habitats, local wildlife, animal adaptations, food chains, and composting. Each day, kids meet a refuge animal, explore the grounds, and make a craft.
Children can sign up for one or multiple sessions. There are ten sessions from late June to early September. QWR memberships start at $35 and give you priority registration and lower tuition rates.
Sessions are Tuesday to Thursday from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm. Tuition is $185 for members and $220 for non-members. Members can register until May 11. Registration for non-members starts after May 11.
