Quogue Wildlife Refuge — Summer Ecology

Quogue Wildlife Refuge — Summer Ecology

The Summer Ecology Program at Quogue Wildlife Refuge is a weeklong morning camp for children entering grades 2 to 6. Each week, kids explore the refuge's habitats and ecosystems, including spots like Chocolate Pudding Pond, Fairy Dell, and the Mud Trail. On Thursday, the group visits Dune Road in East Quogue to seine in Shinnecock Bay. Each child can attend one session per summer.

The program runs Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm. Tuition is $325 for members and $350 for non-members.

We reviewed these details in May 2026, but schedules, prices, and availability may change. Please confirm with the camp before registering.
