Peconic Water Sports Camp is a great choice for kids who want an active summer on the water. At the Southold location, camp runs from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm, and families can choose single days or full weeks. The camp is also available on Shelter Island, in Sag Harbor, and in Montauk, with different schedules at each location.
Kids learn water sports in small groups led by experienced captains and coaches. Activities change each day and can include wakeboarding, wakesurfing, waterskiing, tubing, fishing, and more. The program welcomes both beginners and experienced campers, and life vests are required at all times.
The season runs June 22 through August 7 at Southold, Shelter Island, and Montauk, and through September 4 in Sag Harbor. Southold runs 9:00 am to 1:00 pm, Shelter Island from 9:30 am to 12:30 pm, and Sag Harbor and Montauk from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm. Tuition is $1,350/week or $285/day at most locations. Sag Harbor is $1,850/week or $385/day
