Peconic Dunes Day Camp is a Cornell Cooperative Extension 4-H camp in Southold for kids entering 1st through 8th grade. The camp is located between the Long Island Sound and Great Pond, so campers have lots of room to explore, from the waterfront to the fields and woods. Kids can try activities like kayaking, paddleboarding, snorkeling, fishing, archery, outdoor cooking, sports, environmental science, arts, music, drama, and photography. Campers get a snack and lunch every day. Each week wraps up on Friday with the Turtle Games Carnival, a camp tradition full of games and fun.
Camp takes place Monday through Friday, with drop-off from 8:35 to 8:55 am and pickup at 5:00 pm. Each session costs $575. There are eight sessions running from June 29 to August 21.
