Long Island Aquarium in Riverhead offers two morning programs for young children in late June.
Sea Squirt is a two-day program for children ages 2 to 3. Toddlers spend time at the aquarium's interactive salt marsh, explore animals, and take part in sensory-based activities.
Shark Bait is a three-day program for children ages 4 to 5. Children try experiments, make crafts, and play games while learning about ocean animals.
Each registration includes all-day aquarium admission for the camper and one adult. Sea Squirt runs June 22–23 from 9:00 am to 11:30 am and costs $95. Shark Bait runs June 24–26 from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm and costs $155.
