Hunter's Supermoon Hike at SOFO

Catch the Hunter's Supermoon on an evening hike with SOFO and Friends of the Long Pond Greenbelt. The one-hour walk goes through Vineyard Field, the open area behind the museum in Bridgehampton.

The Hunter's Moon is named for the autumn hunting season, when empty fields made it easier to see animals getting ready for winter. On this relaxed walk, families can enjoy the fall scenery and explore the trails at night.

Monday, October 26, from 6:30 to 7:30 pm. Meet at the South Fork Natural History Museum parking lot, 377 Bridgehampton-Sag Harbor Turnpike, Bridgehampton. Advance registration is required.
