About the program

Cedars Golf Club offers the Cedars Kids Club, a junior golf program for children ages 5 to 11. Both beginners and experienced players are welcome. The camp meets on Mondays and Wednesdays, with one session in July and another in August.

Kids learn putting, chipping, full swing, course etiquette, and the rules of golf. Every week combines group and individual coaching with on-course time. The program uses U.S. Kids Golf guidelines. Sessions are led by Ron Tauriello, a New York State certified teacher and US Kids Golf Instructor with 23 years of teaching and coaching experience.

The tuition includes all instruction, a pizza lunch each day, a camp shirt, and a junior pass for the whole season. Campers should bring at least one club that fits them and a putter.

Session 1 runs July 1–29 (no camp July 6). Session 2 runs August 3–26. Both meet Mondays and Wednesdays from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm. Each session costs $850. Signing up for both sessions saves 10%. Register in person or contact ken@cedarsgolfclub.com.
